Our first Talk and Tea evening in December was very successful – 8 people came to drink tea, nibble at biccies and find out more about Alexander Technique.
This coming Friday 6th January is our next meet from 6 to 7 pm , only £5. I will start by talking on Alexander’s notion of inhibition but who knows where it might go? All welcome to listen and ask questions and discuss – anyone interested to find out more about Alexander Technique. A little film exert on how our brain is formed might be on offer too – as well as the tea and biccies and a brilliant view from 19th floor near Old Street!
