I teach from my home near Old Street, EC1 with panoramic views of the city or from the Quaker Meeting House close by.
I usually teach in the early evening or Saturday mornings, and once a week from Cone Ripman House, Chiswick, W4 .
I charge £45 a session but do offer concessions.
I suggest you come for one session to begin with as Alexander requires a commitment for regular sessions and from that you can decide if Alexander Technique is what best suits your needs.
The first lesson lasts an hour, after that they’re 40 minutes. The number you need will depend on you - I would think in terms of 20 -30. But some people have found 5 or 10 really useful too.
I also run short group courses at the Bunhill Meeting House on Wednesday evenings for all levels.
