Every summer from June to September, I transfer my London practice to the Greek Island of Alonnisos.
Alonnisos, one of the quieter holiday islands, is a magical place. With a particular light, and with the fragrance of wild herbs and pine trees it heightens the senses and enhances the work of the Alexander Technique.
I teach in the hill-top village from a shaded terrace overlooking olive groves, sea and islands.
So if you want to learn AT for the first time, you can benefit from having your course of individual lessons over one or two weeks, with plenty of time to reflect as you snorkel or rest in the pretty coves and beaches. It means you can bring the rest of the family along for a Greek Island holiday, too!
And if you’ve had lessons before, we can start working in depth as the environment begs us to stay present, alert and relaxed.
If you want to come over for private lessons let me know, check the dates with me, then book your flight and accommodation. I won’t do the booking myself but I can give you plenty of help and advice – simple as that!
I charge 35 euros per seesion or 315 for a course of 10. You can have one a day of you are out for 2 weeks or two a day for one week.
