I’m off atthen end of the month to Alonnisos for the summer workshops this year. One place left for 5th – 12th July with additional Shaw Method swimming lessons with Jonathan Drake, and one left for 12th July to 19th July for a week of Alexander and walking and swimming and Chi Kung with myself and Christos Noulis.   Still time to book!

Just set up the dates for 2019 Alexander Technique in Alonnisos. Already it looks like the spaces for September are full, so don’t inhibit too long! Spaces still available in July.

All workshops £595 inc accommodation at Fantasia Pension (own room, air conditioning, balcony, sea view, ensuite bathroom, tv….except swimming week £705 . Weeks 1 and 2 can be combined for reduced rate of £1195 . Email for reduced rates for two sharing double room.

I was reading a blog by Brigid Panet on the nature of acting that I though I would share with you – it says so many things of an Alexandrian nature and clearly influenced  by Meisner work. It is making clear the connection between Acting and Alexander without mentioning it.  And f you are not an actor you will still find it very interesting to understand further the way of Alexander.
