I was reading a blog by Brigid Panet on the nature of acting that I though I would share with you – it says so many things of an Alexandrian nature and clearly influenced by Meisner work. It is making clear the connection between Acting and Alexander without mentioning it. And f you are not an actor you will still find it very interesting to understand further the way of Alexander.
