Happy New Year! I have just set the dates for the workshops I will be doing in Alonnisos this year, that beautiful Greek island in the Aegean.
4th – 11th July and August 29th – September 5th for all levels
18th – 25th July for teachers of the Technique
And from June 20th – 27th for a week of individual lessons: individual lessons are available from mid- June – mid September, but sometimes it’s nice to have lessons at the same time as others.
workshops include a silent meditational walk down to the local beach every morning with Chi Kung and swimming before walking back up for individual lessons, meeting again in the early evening for further group exploration of the work with games, discussions and experiments.
Cost of workshops are €630 per person for the week inclusive of accommodation in a with discounts for couples sharing a double room.
Lessons are €35 or €315 for ten. Discount of 10% for Greek Citizens
