Workshop in Alonnisos over

Sad to see everyone go, but a very special week. We based our work in inihbition, the Alexander intertwining seamlessly with Shaw Method  swimming and Tai Chi in the mornings at the local bay.  On the last night we had a magical boat trip to Peristera Bay  where we swam in the sunset and Pakis told us the stories of the constellations, as Daniel played Bach on his violin…..and on the way home under the stars by torchlight,  we shared our poems songs and stories with each other, pieces from the heart  that we had been working with during the week…………Still a place left on the September course:     alexpen@onetel.com.  Meanwhile here’s some photos:
